Lamb with honey and rosemary

2 tbsp honey

1 tbsp olive oil

2 cloves garlic, crushed

1 tbsp rosemary, chopped

4 lamb shoulder chops

Salt and pepper to taste


Mix together the honey, olive oil, garlic and rosemary. Coat the lamb with the marinade and set aside for 20 minutes. Preheat the grill to a medium to high heat. Grill the lamb chops for 5 minutes on each side for medium rare. Season well with salt and pepper to serve with a fresh green salad.
