'The Creation Dinner' is a unique dining experience that combines story telling with a delicious 7 course degustation. We have hand chosen some of New Zealand's world class food producers and paired them with world class New Zealand wine from exceptional Maori wineries/winemakers.

 

 The idea and inspiration behind 'The Creation dinner' was our love of story telling through food and also our dining experiences across the globe.  We showcase techniques and flavours we have learned from our travel overseas and combine these with familiar flavours from home.

We tie all of this wonderful produce together with our culture. Sharing our food whilst taking guests on a multi sensory journey through one of our favourite legends. Each of the 7 courses will represent different parts of the legend and all five of your senses will come in to play during this dinner.

We held 'The Creation Dinner' for the first time in Rotorua and it was just as magical as we had envisaged. We are excited and passionate about sharing our experience with more guests around New Zealand and also the rest of the world.

Our team cannot wait to host those who come to experience what we have created.

There are limited seats per evening, please don't feel as though you can't enjoy this dinner by yourself. You will have an amazing time whether you are with ten of your friends or independently dining. We can cater to all dietary requirements as well. We look forward to seeing you there.
